RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, worn, washed, or are not in original brand new condition.

AUSTRALIA RETURNS

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packages returned to us within Australia may take up to 5 working days to arrive back to us. Please be patient or if you require your exchange/refund in a hurry, consider sending via express delivery.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.

Please mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to prevent it incurring import charges and taxes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Packages returned to us outside Australia may vary, depending on where you live and which postal service you using. Please be patient or if you require your exchange/refund in a hurry, consider sending via express delivery.

RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES

All returned items must be original brand new, unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags, boxes, casing, packaging and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included etc.

All Items must be in original, brand new condition. Original condition means the condition you received the item in. Returned items must not be used or damaged in any way. They must have tags attached and must be returned in its original box or packaging.

Please make sure all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. Additionally, if you're returning any product, ensure the original box or packaging is protected with an outer packaging layer. The original box or packaging is considered part of the product, and any damage to the return item or the item's outer original packaging may result in the return or refund being refused.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure that all return packages are sent using a trackable, signature-required, and insured service.

We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the return transit.

If returning an item from outside of Australia, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. SCARCE & CO is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

Please ensure to contact us before returning your goods, as failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.

All items will be individually reviewed upon return. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund for the price paid for your item via your original payment method.

If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to void the refund and return the item back to you.
