RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You must contact our customer care team at info@scarce.co with your name and order number before returning your goods. Failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.

1. RETURN TERMS AND ELIGIBILITY (ALL RETURNS)
- Original Condition: All returned items must be brand-new, unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Items that appear used, worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
- Product Packaging: All original boxes, casing, and accompanying materials are considered part of the product. If this packaging is missing or damaged, may result in the return or refund being refused.
- Packing for Transit: Ensure all returned items are securely packaged. You must protect the original product box or packaging with an outer shipping layer (such as a cardboard box). Any damage to the item, its outer packaging, or its original product box may result in the return or refund being refused.
- Condition Review: All return items are individually reviewed upon arrival. If we receive a returned item in a used, damaged, or unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to void the refund and return the item back to you at your expense.
- Shipping Liability: Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable, signature-required, and insured service. SCARCE & CO cannot take responsibility or liability for items that are damaged or lost during return transit.
2. AUSTRALIA RETURNS
- Return Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping fees incurred by us will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Transit Times: Packages returned within Australia may take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you require your exchange or refund urgently, please consider using an express delivery service with tracking.
3. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Mark Your Parcel: You must clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on both the outside of your parcel and on all enclosed customs paperwork. This prevents the package from incurring unnecessary import charges upon re-entry. SCARCE & CO is not responsible for any return customs charges incurred due to incorrect labelling.
- Original Shipping & Duties: Once a parcel has been dispatched from our facility, the original postage fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees are strictly non-refundable. These charges are mandated by international government authorities—not by our company or Australian Customs—and are considered incurred the moment the package ships, even if the shipment is returned, refused, or ultimately undelivered.
- Return Costs & Deductions: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, taxes, duties, and tariffs. If your return is approved for a refund, all return-related expenses incurred to get the package back to our facility—including return shipping, taxes, duties, tariffs, and processing fees—will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Transit Times: International return transit times vary significantly depending on your location and the postal service you choose. Please be patient, or consider using an express delivery service with tracking if you require your exchange or refund urgently.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.
- Refund Method: If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund for the price paid for your item (minus any applicable shipping or customs deductions outlined above) via your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your return / refund has been processed.
