Canada Service Suspension - Due to national union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 29 September 2025.

From August 29, 2025, orders from US customers may experience delays due to recent changes ahead of new US import tariffs. To continue shipping to the US smoothly, duties and taxes will be charged at checkout, reducing delivery delays. This option also reduces total charges compared with paying upon arrival.

DUTIES & TAXES (NON-AU/US CUSTOMERS):
All International shipments are Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into your country. When ordering from Scarce & Co, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These are payable by you as the importer. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond advertised delivery estimates.
Important: We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a sample or gift.
TRACKING:
All shipments come with tracking. Tracking information will be sent via email and/or text message depending on the courier. You can also access tracking through your online profile.

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If you authorize delivery without a signature, you release Scarce & Co from any liability for lost or damaged items.

For customers outside Australia shipped via Standard International Postage, if you experience issues, lost parcels, or need an address change, please contact your postal provider or local post office directly.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If your shipment is refused or not collected from a postal outlet, your order will be returned to sender. We will contact you once we receive the return to attempt delivery again. Upon request, you may be refunded the value of your order excluding original shipping, return shipping fees, and a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
